Overview
Justworks is a PEO and HR platform that helps small businesses manage payroll, benefits, and compliance. As part of the Brand Design team, I’ve worked across campaigns, brand systems, and product storytelling, helping define how the brand communicates across touchpoints.

I frequently drive creative direction from concept through execution, partnering closely with writers, marketers, and external collaborators, including motion designers, to bring ideas to life. Known for strong stakeholder relationships and thoughtful execution, I’ve helped guide projects and maintain continuity through periods of change.

  Led design exploration and design system expansion, evolving a previously limited identity into a more robust and flexible toolkit.

  Developed creative direction and visual design for two product videos, partnering with our motion designer to bring concepts to life.

  Contributed to the creative development and execution of an integrated campaign highlighting the journeys of small businesses.

  Created a cohesive logo system for employee resource groups, balancing individual identity with overall brand consistency.
