2024 | Justworks Awareness Campaign
Every business starts small
Justworks is built for small businesses—because every company starts small before growing into its vision. This fully integrated awareness campaign, created by our in-house team, spotlighted eleven real customers to authentically tell the story of entrepreneurship: the wins, the learnings, and everything in between.
To capture the scrappy, self-starting spirit, we used each founder’s handwriting and raw photos across OOH, CTV, paid social, and web. While I supported the core team on subway and digital ads, my main focus was designing branded case studies for each business. These lived within our company directory. While they used the same page layout, they were differentiated by campaign visuals like additional photography and hand-drawn elements.
To increase visibility and add a human touch to our highest-traffic page, the web team also built a new homepage module to feature these stories—boosting SEO while bringing the campaign front and center.
