2024 | Justworks Super all hands presentation
Each year, Justworks hosts a company-wide All Hands to kick off the new fiscal year—an opportunity to introduce company objectives, build alignment, and energize the team for what’s ahead.Following several years of internal restructuring, process updates, and tooling improvements, this year marked a turning point. We were finally ready to shift from preparation to momentum—to take flight. Because of the significance of this moment, the creative team took it up on ourselves to create custom designs and animations. The caterpillar-to-cocoon-to-butterfly metaphor that had been guiding our transformation for the past couple of years, served as a visual to reflect our company’s evolution and renewed sense of purpose.
